We want you to be completely satisfied with your exclusive footwear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer packaging and security tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the sneakers back in their original designer box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid DHL express label provided through the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized shipping point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
